Raymi is the "Fiesta del Sol" of the Inca Empire, it is linked to the summer solstice and the prosperity of the crops. This ceremony is still valid in the Andean countries and we honor it with an incredible line of chocolates with flavors from our lands.

We make our black chocolate with fine aroma cocoa, grown in Ecuador, in the province of Esmeraldas. Together with the effort and dedication of 396 families of the UOPROCAE association, we were able to obtain the perfect cocoa for our products.

This chocolate is a floral and citrus blend, inspired by a typical Ecuadorian drink called Rosero. This drink, possibly derived from the rose water used to make it, dates back to the 18th century, and is made with some ingredients, among which lemon juice stands out. We chose this perfect combination to apply to the world of chocolate. This experience is a challenge to the senses; It starts with an intense aroma of roses, followed by the refreshing lemon citrus.

The uvilla is a fruit native to South America. Its pronounced acidity creates a perfect balance with this 58% chocolate. The uvilla has many points in its favor with regard to the nutritional benefits it provides. This is why its cultivation has spread to many regions of the world. The uvilla is an excellent blood purifier, helps cleanse the respiratory tract of infections and is an excellent antioxidant. It is also an important source of vitamin A and vitamin C.

For lovers of sweet and fruity flavors, we have developed this delicious and creamy chocolate with 66% fine aroma cocoa and a touch of orange essential oil. In the mouth, this chocolate melts gently and shows the citrus and aromatic notes of the orange.

Quinoa is an Andean cereal used ancestrally and very recognized in the world for its nutritional properties. This is a semisweet chocolate in which the crispy texture of burst quinoa is combined with the flavoring properties of lemon verbena. Incondate of these sensations of flavor and texture framed in the characteristic aromas of the fine cacao of aroma.

The classic flavor of mint combined with the elegance of our cocoa used in this 66% bar has produced this beautiful combination of aromas and flavors, all well known; but in synergy of flavors and aromas produce delicious sensations in the mouth, nose and soul. Peppermint has always been used to flavor drinks and meals, as well as to treat stomach ailments.

The cedrón is a plant native to South America that has healing properties. It was introduced to Europe in the 17th century. The essential oil of cedrón is very aromatic and combines perfectly with chocolate. The cedrón is rich in antioxidants, and is especially useful to prevent muscle damage caused by exercise. It is also attributed antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and relaxing.
